Introduction
Welcome to Albumi, a digital World Cup sticker album application. Your privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy explains how we protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Albumi is an offline, local-first application. We do not require account registration, and we do not store your personal sticker collection on our servers.
Information We Collect
1. Locally Stored Data (On-Device Only)
The data you generate within the app is stored exclusively on your device in a local SQLite database. This data is not transmitted to us or any third party:
- Sticker Collection: Data regarding which stickers you own and their quantities.
- Local Media: If you choose to associate a photo with a sticker, the file remains exclusively on your device. Images are processed locally for OCR and are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.
- Trade History: Records of trades performed with other collectors, including timestamps, items exchanged, and the device name used for discovery.
- App Settings: Your local preferences and premium status.
2. Automatically Processed Information (Third-Party Providers)
Albumi does not implement its own analytics or behavioral tracking. However, integrated third-party service providers collect limited technical information required to provide their services:
- Device & Advertising Identifiers: Google AdMob may process your Advertising ID (e.g., Android AAID) to serve advertisements.
- Transaction Data: When making in-app purchases, technical identifiers are processed by the platform App Store to validate and restore premium features.
Permissions Usage
The app requests specific permissions to enable core functionality. We do not use these permissions to track your movement or collect personal data.

Advertising
Albumi displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and other technical information necessary to provide, personalize, and measure advertisements according to Google's privacy policies. Users located in regions where consent is required (such as the EEA or Brazil) are presented with a consent form before personalized advertisements are displayed.
In-App Purchases and Payments
Albumi offers premium features via in-app purchases.
- Third-Party Processing: All payments are processed entirely by the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
- Payment Data: Albumi does not receive, process, store, or transmit your credit card number, banking information, or billing address.
- Purchase Validation: We only receive the minimum technical information required by the platform to validate and restore your previously purchased features. No transaction history is stored on our servers.
- Privacy Policies: Payment information is handled directly by the platform provider according to their policy (Google Play / Apple).

Children's Privacy
Albumi is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not require account registration, we do not have a mechanism to identify the age of our users. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information (such as via a support email), please contact us, and we will take appropriate actions to delete such information.
Your Rights (LGPD & GDPR)
Since your data is stored locally, you have total control over it:
- Portability: You can export your entire collection as a JSON file via the Settings menu.
- Deletion:Using the "Clear Data" option in Settings permanently deletes all local collection data.
- Ad Consent: You can manage your advertising preferences at any time through the AdMob consent form in the app settings.
Data Retention
Local data remains on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the application. Technical logs provided for support are deleted after the request is resolved.
